Margaret Bacigalupi
Bacigalupi has been an educator for more than twenty-five years. She is a resident of Solano County and lives along the Vallejo estuary. She is involved in efforts to clean-up the Vallejo wetlands.
Sarah Jacobs
Sarah will graduate from UC Berkeley this summer, 2010, with a degree in Conservation and Resource Studies. She enjoys volunteering on habitat improvement projects and plans on working in the ecological landscaping or restoration fields.
Lisa Mador
Mador, a legal assistant, is active in the Sonoma County environmental movement by supporting legal means to achieve environmental goals.
Ralph Metzner, Ph.D.
Metzner is a psychotherapist and professor at the California Institute of Integral
Studies, where he teaches courses on states of consciousness and ecological worldviews. He
is co-founder and president of the Green Earth Foundation. (www.greenearthfound.org)
Bob Rawson
Bob Rawson is a wastewater consultant with 26 years experience. Bob holds a California Grade V Wastewater Treatment Plant Operators license, and an Industrial Wastewater Inspectors Certification. He has a Life and Physical Science degree from the University of San Jose State and a California State Teaching Credential. He has been an instructor in Wastewater Treatment at Santa Rosa Junior College for the last 18 years. Bob sits on the Board of Directors of a number of community non-profit and environmental organizations. Bob is currently President of International Wastewater Solutions Corporation, (IWS).
Loriel Starr
Ms. Starr is a small business owner engaged in recycling precious
metals. She is also Grof certified and a Certified Massage Therapist. Ms. Starr lives
in San Francisco.

Jack Silver
Jack Silver received a BA in Microbiology from the University of California, Berkeley. He is certified for water analysis. He previously worked in the biotech/bioprocess industry for sixteen years. Silver is an attorney who has lead counsel in over 200 legal cases and has been involved in over thirty Clean Water Act cases.
